Signing in

Create an account, verify your email, and sign in.

Plainwork offers three ways to sign in: Google, a password, or a one-time email code.

Create an account

First, ensure you have an account. See Creating your account for the full walkthrough.

  1. Go to plainwork.com/sign-up.
  2. Choose Sign up with Google, or enter your name and a password.
  3. With a password, we email you a verification link. Open it and click Verify email to finish. See Verifying your email.

Sign in with Google

Go to plainwork.com/sign-in, click Continue with Google, and pick your account. Google verifies your email automatically, so there's no extra step.

Sign in with a password

Choose Sign in with password, then enter your email and password. If your email isn't verified yet, we re-send the link instead of signing you in.

Sign in with a one-time code

Enter your email, click Send code, and paste the 6-digit code from your inbox. The code expires in 10 minutes, so request a new one if it expires. Signing in this way also verifies your email.

Reset your password

Use Forgot password? on the sign-in page. We email you a reset code to choose a new password.
