Inviting people
Invite people to Plainwork by email or with a shareable link, and see who has joined.

Open Invite from the avatar menu → Invite people, or from Settings → General → Invite. Plainwork is in an invite-only beta, so inviting someone by email is what gets them into the app.
This invites someone to Plainwork, not to your organization. To bring a teammate into your workspace so you can share habits, see Inviting and managing members.
Invite by email
- Type their email address. A name is optional and only personalises the greeting.
- Click Send invite.
They get an email from Plainwork saying you invited them, with a personal link that unlocks the download page. The link doesn't expire.
If that address was already invited, by you, by someone else, or by us, their original link stays valid and the email points them back to the download page instead of issuing a new one.
Inviting by email is the only way to let someone in.
Who has joined
The list shows everyone you've invited:
- Invited: the email went out, but they haven't created an account yet.
- Joined: they signed up with that address after your invite.
Notes:
- Invite as many people as you like, there's no limit.
- Inviting the same address twice does nothing. Resend by sharing the link instead.
