Subprocessors

Plainwork engages a small number of third-party service providers (“Subprocessors”) to help operate the Plainwork cloud service. This page lists the current Subprocessors, what they are used for, and where they process data. It is published in connection with Section 2.6 of our Data Processing Agreement and Section 3.2 of our Privacy Policy.

Notice of Changes

Plainwork will notify Customer at least 10 business days in advance and in writing of any intended changes to this list, whether by addition or replacement. Customer has 30 days after notice of a change to object, otherwise Customer will be deemed to accept the change. If Customer objects within 30 days, Customer and Plainwork will cooperate in good faith to resolve the objection. The full language governing Subprocessor changes is in Section 2.6 of the DPA.
